Maid Bea does not store your full credit card details, and we use trusted third-party payment providers that follow modern security standards. This allows us to process payments safely while keeping your personal and financial information private and protected.
Are your cleaning teams pet friendly?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly company. If an occupant still has pets on site, let us know in advance along with any access notes or special requests so the team can plan around them.
What if a property has heavy clutter or hazardous conditions?
Our cleaners are trained to work safely in occupied and vacant properties alike. Some conditions go beyond a standard clean, including hoarding, biohazards, pest infestations, or other unsafe environments. If a cleaner arrives to that kind of situation, we may pause or reschedule and walk you through the next steps and pricing. The goal is to protect both your property and our team while still getting you to a clean handoff.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our teams arrive fully equipped with professional supplies so they can deliver a consistent Bea Standard result on every property. We choose products that are effective and safe for common surfaces. If you would rather we use specific products stocked at the property, just tell us in advance so the cleaner can plan for it.
