What to send us
- Your gift card code
- The property address
- Roughly how many square feet your home has (it doesn’t have to be exact)
- How many bedrooms and bathrooms your home has
- Which service you want, or tell us what is happening and we will suggest one
- Any dates that work for you and include your preference of morning, midday or early evening. We will do our best to find a time that works for you.

Does my card expire?
No. Maid Bea gift cards never expire, so there is no rush to use it.
What can I use it on?
Any Maid Bea service, anywhere we serve in the Chicagoland area. Most cards are gifted toward a Move In, Move Out or List & Sell clean, but the value is yours to spend on whatever the property needs.
What if my clean costs more than the card?
You pay the difference when you book. The card covers whatever it is worth and the rest is billed normally.
What if it costs less?
Whatever is left stays on your card and you can use it on a future clean.
Can I get cash instead?
No. Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How do I check my gift card balance?
Send us an email to support@maidbea.com or send us a chat with your gift card code. We will send your balance to your email on file.
